Welcome to the Bear Creek Elementary School Counseling Website! We are here to support whole child wellness and the success of your student in the classroom.
The elementary school years set the foundation for developing the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for children to become healthy, competent and confident learners. Elementary school counselors have an impact on these years by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program and collaborating with school staff, parents and the community to create a safe and respectful learning environment. By providing education, prevention, early identification and intervention, elementary school counselors help their students achieve academic success, develop an understanding of career opportunities and develop social/emotional skills in response to issues they face.

It is the goal of the Bear Creek Elementary counseling program to work alongside administration, staff, parents, and community to support students as they gain the skills and knowledge necessary to make a positive contribution to a changing world. As a team, we are here to serve the students of Bear Creek with their academics, social emotional skills, and helping them connect what they are doing today is helping pave the way for the rest of their lives.
We love what we do and are truly grateful to be doing what we love at Bear Creek Elementary School!
The vision of the Bear Creek counseling program is to optimize school success for all students in the academic, career, and personal-social domains. This will be accomplished through a Comprehensive School Counseling Program.
