Regular Class Attendance
All cadets must maintain their regular academic attendance.
No attendance support will be provided for cadets attending NCC camps, special courses, or any other NCC-related events, except for the camps specifically mentioned below.
Special Camps (RDC, YEP, TSC)
Cadets selected for RDC, YEP, or TSC must first meet the ANO regarding:

Special examinations (if required)
Only after ANO’s guidance, cadets may approach their counselor or Head of Department.
Year-wise Camp Requirements
First Year: Cadets are not required to attend any camps.
Second Year: Cadets must complete one Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) to be eligible for the ‘B’ Certificate Examination.
Third Year: Cadets must complete any one camp to be eligible for the ‘C’ Certificate Examination.
Regular NCC Parades & Events
The college will arrange regular NCC parades during non-class hours.
Cadets must compulsorily attend all such parades and events whenever informed.
A minimum of 75% attendance in NCC regular parades is mandatory to appear in the ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificate Examinations.
Uniform, Grooming & Discipline
All cadets of Senior Division (Boys) and Senior Wing (Girls) must:
Report in proper NCC attire during parades, camps, and events.
Maintain grooming standards: proper haircut, clean shave for boys, and proper hair bun for girls.
Cadets must strictly maintain decorum, punctuality, and discipline during all NCC activities.
Extension of Enrollment
If a cadet fails to attend the required camps for ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate Examination:
Their enrollment may be extended for one additional year, provided they submit a genuine reason with an official application and complete paperwork at the Unit.
Cancellation of Enrollment
Cadets unable to continue NCC due to genuine reasons must:
Apply for cancellation of NCC admission through the ANO.
Complete the necessary paperwork without delay.
Important Note
Cadets must not directly approach faculty counselors, Heads of Department, or the Head of Institution regarding attendance.
All such matters must be routed strictly through the ANO.
