Ms. Nisha Mariya George is a dedicated faculty member specializing in the field of Social Work. Currently, she handles two core papers for the Master of Social Work (MSW) program 

SW010103 – History, Philosophy and Fields of Social Work 

This Course enables students to understand the historical evolution and philosophical foundations of social work, its core values and ethics, and various fields of practice. Learners will gain insights into the profession’s development globally and in India, analyze its guiding principles, and relate them to contemporary social work practice and challenges.

SW010302 – Administration of Human Service Organization

This Course equips students with knowledge of organizational structures, administrative processes, and management principles in human service settings. It enables learners to understand planning, staffing, budgeting, and supervision, while emphasizing leadership skills, decision-making, and legal-ethical considerations essential for effective administration of social welfare organizations.
