Senior Picnic

Senior Picnic Event Clarification -

Because we know that we have students in off-campus programs that will need time to arrive to campus for the Senior Picnic and graduation rehearsal, we would like to provide the following clarification.

Graduation rehearsal will include a brief run-through in the Large gym at the beginning of the event and then an additional run-through at the end of the event.

Please know that we will ensure that all students in attendance on Thursday will get the opportunity to rehearse with their Class of 2021 classmates. And while this is typically a mandatory event, we will also have a tutorial video available for any emergency situation of a student being unable to attend.

Senior Picnic/Graduation Rehearsal will begin in the Large Gym - This will start with a brief graduation run-through as students will line up and process from the Large Gym to Pelcher-Arcaro Stadium for lunch and hang-out time.

Students will then eat, hang-out, receive their yearbooks and cap and gowns, before having an additional opportunity to review the graduation event procedures.

NOTE - Any student coming from AM BOCES or other morning programs can arrive at Baker at their regular times, and will still be able to partake in the Picnic and will have a chance to rehearse graduation.

• Student in the building or arriving by 10AM should report to the Large Gym.

• Any student arriving to Baker after 11AM will be directed to the Stadium.
