Dear Senior Family,
We are right around the corner from your child’s graduation ceremony and being able to celebrate all the things God has done over the last thirteen years. We want to keep you updated on what is coming up as we get closer to graduation. Here’s a general overview and we’ll share the specific details as each event draws closer.
April 16 & May 1
High School Achievement Form - Seniors need to submit the High School Achievement form by Friday, April 16. Seniors will receive this form again in the future to add more information as it becomes available. Every graduate must submit all of their information by May 1 to be included in the graduation program. Click here for the form.
May 14
Senior Trip - This year, we are planning a Senior Trip on Friday, May 14 to Santa Cruz. Transportation will be provided. More information will be communicated soon.
May 19 - 21
Senior Finals - If you have a 92% or better overall grade in a class, you will not have to take the final for that class.

Commissioning Chapel - Our Senior Commissioning Chapel will take place on Friday, May 21 beginning around 10:00 a.m. in the Worship Center. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend. Caps, gowns and medallions will be passed out. We will also livestream the event. If your Senior didn't need to order a gown, he/she will need to bring it to Chapel for the following Parade.
Graduation Parade - Our Seniors will parade through our campus after Commissioning Chapel. You’ll want to stay for this fun event, celebrating your child’s 13 years.
Refreshments and Fellowship - We will end the Parade back in the Worship Center's foyer and patio for a time of refreshments and fellowship.
May 22
Senior Banquet - More details to come.
May 28
Senior Awards Breakfast - We will have our Senior Awards Breakfast beginning at 9:00 a.m. We are currently planning on using the Venue, but location is subject to change. We will be handing out awards, certificates and cords during this time. Breakfast is a time for parents and Seniors, but other guests may come at 9:30 a.m. to watch the Awards portion of the Breakfast.
Graduation Practice - Seniors will practice right after awards.
Pictures (in *cap/gown) - Seniors need to arrive on May 28 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Choir Room for their formal graduation picture. Once their picture is done, Seniors will gather in the Fireside Room.
Graduation - Graduation will take place in the Worship Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. We will not need to restrict the number of people allowed to attend due to the large spaces we will be using. Livestreaming will be available.
Fireworks & Food Truck - After the Graduation Ceremony, the Graduates will leave the building and walk straight to the football field for their cap toss. We will also have fireworks. And if you'd like to stay around and fellowship, we will have a food truck.
