SY 26-27 Partnership Information:
Hi all,
As you're all aware, the regional coordinator position ends June 19th. The designees have been diligently working to move these systems and connections into local SD/SU processes. Key to this work has been examining how to keep the contacts and expectations around UPK in the 10 SD/SUs as similar to current practices as possible while still allowing for the flexibility that system changes bring.
Here are a few key things:
1. There will continue to be ONE partnership information form for you to fill out.
Our districts will continue to use the partner info form to share contact information and documents that are necessary for partnering. A link to this form can also be found on our WVSA UPK website.
You may be receiving this information from more than one district.
Please only complete this form once.
When you complete the partner information form please have accessible the following documents to upload:
STARS certificate
Certificate of general liability insurance (more information)
Certificate of worker's compensation insurance (if separate)
Tuition statement (example)
Attendance policy (example)
W9
Program Calendar for school year 26-27
Pre-qualified assurance certificate from AOE
Teacher’s license
Program family handbook
After you have uploaded the necessary documents to the form, districts will connect around individual contracts.
2. Registrations are open across all 10 SD/SUs. Please make sure that families are completing school district registration forms.

Partner meeting: Save the date
We will talk about opportunities for professional development, any legislative upcomings, regional practices, and other topics. We typically hold these 3x a year and encourage programs to be involved for information and networking.
There will not be an evening option for this October meeting and it will not be recorded so please make sure to add the date to your calendars.
