Please complete one of the following forms for each child, based on the school year for which you are registering:

Registration documents will be emailed to you to complete, sign, and submit online.
(If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.)
Once all required fields are completed, the blue Submit button will become active.
All residency documents are required at the time of your registration appointment.
Your driver’s license or state-issued ID must be current and must show residency within the Burrell School District.
The address must match your other residency documents.

An in-person appointment is required to complete the registration process.
