• At Young School we follow PBSIS (Positive Behavior Support in Schools). It is a set of core prevention practices for all students and staff aimed at minimizing negative conduct issues and maximizing pro-social behaviors.
•Students receive Falcon Feathers for making positive choices in school.
•Students add their feathers our classroom pocket chart. The student fills in the incentive chart next to pocket chart so the student can earn a classroom incentive. The falcon feathers are then sent to the office for a weekly drawing.

•Use appropriate voice volume (up to 3)
•Follow adult directions
•Use kind words
•Listen and look when someone speaks
