Google form: anyone who wants to use their time, must complete the following Google form. Utilize the Earned Sick Time (Chapter 1827) Request Form for BT Eligible Employees Google Form. If you do not complete this form you will not be paid for your sick time. Your sick time requested using this form will be paid in the following pay period.
Blackout dates: Hours may not be used when students are not present.
