Welcome to class! My name is Coach Richards, and I’m excited to lead you through a program designed to help you grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined both physically and mentally.
With 19 years of experience coaching student-athletes across Texas, I’ve had the privilege of working with young men and women from all backgrounds to improve their overall fitness, develop proper weight training techniques, and build healthy habits that last a lifetime.
In this course, we’ll focus on strength development, conditioning, flexibility, injury prevention, and the fundamentals of safe and effective training. Whether you're new to the weight room or looking to take your performance to the next level, this class is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress with purpose.
More than just lifting weights, we’ll learn how to train with intention, respect the process, and support each other in a positive, goal-oriented environment. My goal is to help you not only get stronger physically but also grow in confidence, responsibility, and personal discipline.
