About Me – Coach Richards

My name is Coach Richards, and I currently serve as the Offensive Coordinator for the football program and Head Boys Track Coach at Burkburnett High School. This year marks my 20th year in education, and I am proud to continue my career here at Burkburnett ISD.

Throughout my time in coaching and teaching, I’ve remained passionate about developing young athletes not just on the field, but as leaders, teammates, and individuals of character. I believe in hard work, discipline, and doing things the right way, every day.

I am also a proud husband to my wife, Netalie, who teaches here in the district, and together we are raising 3 wonderful children and expecting our 4th in October. Our family is excited to be a part of the Burkburnett community, and I look forward to continuing to serve our students, staff, and families with commitment and integrity.
