Grading Policies

Minimum of 6 minor/daily grades/quizzes grades per grading period. (50%)

Minimum of 2 major grades per grading period. (50%)

Grades are entered weekly in Skyward. 

Extra credit will be offered periodically.

Late work will not be accepted five days after the due date. 

School holidays and weekends do not count towards the five-day late period. 

No late work will be accepted after the unit of instruction has been completed. 

2 Points will be deducted for every day that the assignment is late. 

Major grades can be corrected for partial credit

This includes Unit assessments and Unit Mapping assignments. 

Daily/minor grades cannot be corrected and returned

To receive credit for corrections students must follow the correct and return procedures.
