Re-seating the SIM Card

If you have a solid red light for your Network connection indicator on the Hotspot, it's possible that the SIM card inside has jostled loose. This is an easy thing to check. Here's how:

Remove back cover.

Note: Find the slot on front cover to open.

Carefully pull SIM card out, and push it back in.

Replace Battery

Close the Back cover

Orient the back cover so that locating nub is inserted into

corresponding indentation (please refer to illustration below).

Power Device on

Hold the “Power” key for 3 seconds until all LED indicators

illuminate in blue.

Reconnect your Phone to the Hotspot's Network. It might take a few minutes for the Hotspot to boot up and connect. All done!
