Network Indicator

There are several things that can cause your Hotspot to show error messages for this first light. If your hotspot cannot connect, it may bring you to a webpage the looks like a T-Mobile website asking for a password to get in. This is the Hotspot's internal settings page. This means you are having a connection issue.

Solid Blue - Registered and connected to network.

GOOD

Flashing Blue -

Network disconnected.

Try turning off power, waiting a minute, turn power back on and wait for it to connect. This may take several minutes.

Solid Red -

No network, no SIM card or SIM card error, limited or no service

Try Removing the SIM card, putting it back in, and power unit on again and wait for unit to connect.

Wi-Fi Indicator

This should light up when you are connected to it.

Solid Blue - Wi-Fi is active.

GOOD

SMS

We will not be using the SMS feature. You can ignore this.

Solid Blue - New message

NOT USED

Flashing Blue - Message inbox is full.

NOT USED

Battery

Solid Blue - Full charged.

Ok to disconnect from charger

Rapidly Flashing

Blue - Working / The battery is being charged.

OK

Flashing Red - The battery level is less

than 10%.

Connect to power.
