ILP PROCESS

The capstone of the BUSD Induction Program is the completion of four Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). ILPs are used for teacher growth and development and is never used as an evaluation or for employment purposes. These are your opportunities to examine your practice, try new things, and get feedback.
