Basic Services: Complaint about a Shadow Banking Financial Service Provider
If you have a concern about the financial services you’ve received:
Step 1: Determine if your service provider is a participant in the shadow banking system: see Shadow Banking Indicators.
Step 2: Talk with your service provider regarding your concerns and your preferred outcome.
Step 3: If you are still concerned and would like to make a complaint, complete this online form.
After you complete the online form, you will be subject to the following 5 steps:
- Receipt of Initial Information Package (IIP)
- Receipt of Case Filing Fee (CFF) - click here to make payment and see the list of Tariffs & Charges
- Intake by OSBSO.org
- Initial response
- Next steps based upon initial response
