Santa Claus is coming to... Bulacan State University?!

Christmas is one of the several holidays celebrated in the Philippines. Every year, Christians commemorated the Lord's birth. However, the Mathematics Society put a different spin on Christmas by dressing up as Santa Claus and giving gifts, joy, and knowledge to BS Mathematics students.

Through the MathSoc Facebook page, the group distributed difficult questions to all MathSoc members every week. The first three correct answers were given a gift provided by the organization. This activity, which was held last December 16, 2020, and this school year on October 8, 2021, allows kids to develop their intellectual skills and gain information while having fun.

The Mathematics Society will not be affected by the pandemic since it pledged to the students that it would provide the greatest experience possible, even in an online setting. However, due to the current situation, the deadline for the final set of questions has been extended to the first week of January 2021.
