I am sincerely grateful to the people who have been a part of my successful demonstration teaching.
First and foremost is the almighty God who created everything. Thank you Lord, for tirelessly guiding me, thank you because you gave me wisdom and did not leave me in the times when I was weak.
Second, to my good adviser, Mrs. Gladys Cruz, for her unfading support to me as her students, for giving me wisdom, advice and for helping me to grow more. All the things he helped me will never be forgotten until I became a successful teacher.
To my family who always supported and guided me, to their tireless and unfading understanding and acceptance in my life decision about what profession I want in my life. In exchange for their great love to me, I will promise to support them and give them kindness and so much love.

One of the steps to becoming a full-fledged teacher is to take final demonstration teaching. I see that this final demonstration teaching will test the resilience and dedication of students who want to be teachers. This stage or opportunity in my life will help me to reflect myself as a student's teacher and future teacher so that my teaching skills can fully emerge and grow.
I was scheduled to perform final demonstration teaching on January 5, 2022, however some changes occurred as it coincided with the webinar about installing office 365, so my final demonstration teaching was rescheduled on January 11, 2022.
In choosing the topic to be discussed, our teacher gave us two choices of topic, these are the facts and fallacies in exercise and health and the other one is all about skeletal, muscles, heart, blood and somatotype. Since my colleague has already chosen a topic, the one who left for me is the facts and fallacies on exercise and health. This topic is close to my course, Physical Education so this topic is easier for me. In developing and building my lesson plan my critic teacher told me to look in online to take some information to support my topic.
In developing the objectives of my lesson plan, it would be better if the objectives to be done would really help and reflect on my students. After that I started to go to various websites online to look for appropriate and enough information to support my topic. I also watched several videos that I could get to support each subtopic that I will be discussing. Now that the face-to-face class is gone and has been replaced by the online class, I am expecting that the final demonstration teaching will take place thru google meet, so I am even more challenged to make a creative presentation, beautiful and knowledgeable presentation for my students. I also thought of making games related to the topics I am going to discuss. This game is very close to me because it is the only game, I have on my cell phone; the 4 pics are 1 word and while I was browsing my Facebook account, I saw some interesting games that really fit my presentation.
In making the materials that will be used in my presentation, I had a hard time. Especially in constructing a question for my quiz and doing a quiz in google form. I want my quiz to really use the critical thinking of my students, but I had a hard time putting a feedback answer or correct answer in google form. Next was making a PowerPoint presentation that would really get my students attention. I had a hard time putting in transitions and designs. But of course, all my hardships were repaid when I finished doing them all.
When I finished my lesson plan, PowerPoint presentation, and attendance sheet and quiz through google form, I followed the study on how to deliver my presentation properly. Because I am weak at memorizing, I chose to familiarize myself with the routines on each slide and I chose to just put keywords on each slide so that I can discuss them properly. After I studied my presentation, I practiced my teaching skills in front of my friends thru google meet so that I would know if my materials would work well and so that they can give me advice on what to improve in my teaching skills.
Today I was third among the teacher demonstrators and I was scheduled at 10:00 am. When I woke up at 6:00 am to get myself ready I was already nervous. I was thinking that I was going to teach in front of other people and ma’am Gladys my hands were already sweating with nervousness. Until the time of my demonstration came, as soon as I opened my mouth to speak, I suddenly lost all of my nervousness and apprehension.
My class started with a prayer led by one of my students followed by greetings, checking of attendance thru google form and virtual class reminder. I advise my students to use the chat box in google meet and raise the hand button if they have questions regarding the topic that I will be discussing. For the review of our previous lesson, I asked them a few questions to find out if they really learned anything from me. After that, I followed the motivational activity that will serve as an introduction to the objectives of our lesson. The game is called 4 pics 1 word where I will show some pictures to my students and they will guess what word will describe those pictures.
After the motivational activity I followed the objectives of my lesson and I started teaching my whole lesson to the class. I taught them what are the Facts and Fallacies in health, exercise and fitness and how it can change and benefit their life routine. After that I asked them if they had a question or if they didn't understand what I taught and when I made sure that they didn't have any questions, I was the one who asked them a question that related to the topic I discussed. After that I followed the group activity that will test their teamwork and leadership skills, this game called GUESS ME where they will guess if the picture they will see belongs to facts of health and exercise or belongs to fallacies in health and exercise.
After all that, I followed the generalization where I told them that learning and studying the facts and fallacies in health and exercise will help to change what they think is right about exercise. And then after that i gave them a quiz thru google form which they accomplished for 3 minutes. And then their assignment, until our class ended with a documentation picture.
