GCSC Conducts its First-Ever Blood Donation Activity at the University as Part of SIGLA Project 2024
As the culminating phase of the two-part project Supplementary, Innovative, and Good Lifestyle Activities (SIGLA) Project 2024, the Guidance and Counseling Services Center (GCSC) - Main Campus conducted a Mobile Blood Donation together with the Philippine Red Cross - Bulacan Chapter on October 30, 2024 at Room 202, College of Business Education and Accountancy (CBEA) Building, BulSU Main Campus.
With the active cooperation and intent to instill the humanitarian spirit among the BulSU community, a total of twenty-three (23) bags of blood were successfully donated through the joint efforts of students, faculty, and non-academic personnel. After the activity, the blood donated were transferred to the blood bank of the Philippine Red Cross where it will undergo corresponding tests to ensure its safety prior to being available to those who will be needing blood transfusion.
May we expect continued support to the GCSC - Main Campus in our goals for the physical, academic, and spiritual betterment of the stakeholders of the University.
