Mrs. Cooper

Hello!  My name is Nicole Cooper and I am so excited to be teaching Second Grade this year!  This is my 18th year teaching.  I have taught at North Washington Elementary, (6.5 years)  Old Mill ( .5 years) and Mount Washington Elementary (this is my 10th year here).  I have taught Kindergarten, First and Second Grades.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Campbellsville University, my Master's Degree in Elementary Education (Reading and Writing emphasis) from the University of the Cumberlands, and my Rank 1 from the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative.  I have also worked for the University of the Cumberlands as a University Supervisor.  

Just a few things about me....I have been married to my husband, Josh for 19 years.  He is the Outreach Minister at Fern Creek Christian Church and also a Real Estate Agent for Knob & Key.  We have three sweet boys, Hudson (15), Bennett (12) and Hayes (9). We have a Husky named Flash, a German Shepherd named Loki, and a parakeet named Jeff....also all boys. :) Some things important to me....God, spending time with family and friends, teaching kiddos, Camp Calvary, University of Kentucky sports, and being outdoors!
