Youth Sports Official/Site Supervisor

Responsible for officiating youth sports programs that are offered in a manner consistent with the parameters established by the YMCA of Greater Louisville. You will be trained in all of our sports programs. This responsibility also includes supervising practices throughout the season. The Youth Sports Official is also responsible for maintaining the fields and gyms in a safe, efficient fashion while promoting a good relationship with program participants, members and staff. The Youth Sports Official is required to monitor all policies, procedures for all programs, volunteers and staff involved.

Team Member

Restaurant team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, stay connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day and every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done as a team is required.

Our Restaurant Team Member - cashiers are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests.

The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required. However, you must display integrity, hospitality skills, social skills and be willing to provide strong customer service skills.
