Moodle - Assignments, readings, etc
Absence form - complete before the course you're missing. Then follow up by email with me for any missing assignments or activities. If you do not fill out the absence form before the missed course, it is much less likely that I will accept or excuse missed work.
Extension request form - complete before the assignment is due. If you make a request after the deadline, I am much less likely to allow an extension or may impose a penalty. If I see you are frequently asking for extensions, you must meet with me so that we can discuss how to best support you and keep you caught up in the class.
