Meet the Teacher

Hello! My name is Ms. Young, and I am so excited to be joining Buckeye for my first year here! This will be my third year teaching English Language Arts and my fourth year teaching overall. I graduated from Kent State University in 2022 with certifications to teach English Language Arts and Social Studies for grades 4-9. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew, who I absolutely adore. I am thrilled for the year ahead and cannot wait to get to know my students, help them reach their goals, and make this a great school year!
