Double Closing

This is a way that wholesalers can hide how much they are really making from the final buyer during closing.  The title company does both deals simultaneously, and the final buyer doesn't see the middleman's basis until after the transaction closes.  Not exactly transparent, but I guess if the end buyer is happy..
