Through my experiences at
Toyota Kirloskar Motors, where I worked on reducing surface defects of card doors through Quality control activities like Root-cause analysis
Toyota Engine India Ltd, where I ensured product quality of Toyota Engine components through visual inspection, root-cause analysis, and stratification.
QuEST Global, where I worked on new product development and sustenance activities for oil and gas casing equipment and thus, have experience with industry-standard Engineering drawings, GD&T, and FMEA of oil and gas casing equipment.
I have also volunteered in the past
for the e-NABLE organization where I used 3D printing to fabricate and donate 3D-printed arm prosthetic for a man in my hometown back in India.
for Challenge America organization during Covid-19 to design a 'Flexi-band' for patients wearing nasal cannulas to also be able to wear face masks without causing them discomfort during the pandemic.
In the long term, I wish to cultivate my interest in additive manufacturing and design to work on making medical equipment cost-effective and reliable for use in low-income countries.
