The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives web site provides a library of interactive, Web-based virtual manipulatives or concept tutorials, mostly in the form of Java applets, for mathematics instruction (Kindergarten to Grade 9 emphasis). The resources are organized into the following topics: Number and Operations; Algebra; Geometry; Measurement; and Data Analysis and Probability.
