Do this by clicking the link to the left. "Make a copy" in your google drive and relabel it appropriately. When you are finished filling it out, use the SHARE button to share with the person you would like to write you a letter.
Be sure to check with the person to make sure they received your document and ask them if they would be willing to write your letter
Letters can come from school, community or church
Pick the person that knows you BEST
Allow that person 2 weeks to complete the letter
