Psychological evaluations at Bridging the Gap Psychological Services typically require one to two sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule an evaluation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and timely communication helps us assist you in rescheduling your appointment as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you have two no-show appointments, it may result in the termination of services. Your cooperation in adhering to these policies ensures that we can continue to provide efficient and effective care for all our clients.

Fees for psychological evaluations vary depending on insurance coverage. Some fees may need to be paid prior to the evaluation, depending on deductibles, while other fees may be billed directly to your insurance company. For private pay evaluations, a $550 down payment is required on the day of the evaluation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the evaluation report.

At Bridging the Gap Psychological Services, we understand that not all insurance plans may cover our services. For those who prefer or need to use private pay, we offer a straightforward option for both Autism Diagnostic Evaluations and Psychological Evaluations. We have intentionally set these fees below the industry average to provide affordable access to quality evaluations and support for families. If you have any questions about private pay options or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Autism Diagnostic Evaluation: For families seeking autism evaluations but are not covered under our current insurance providers, we offer a private pay option. Our flat rate fee, intentionally set below industry standards at $1,100, includes the IDI, standardized testing, a comprehensive evaluation report, and a 45-minute feedback session. To further assist families, this approach is designed to make evaluations more accessible, especially for those whose insurance we do not accept. Half of this fee is collected at the beginning of the appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the evaluation.
Psychological Evaluation: The flat fee for this service is $1,100. Similar to our autism evaluations, half of this fee is collected at the start of the appointment, and the remaining balance is due when the evaluation report is finalized. All included procedures and report are the same as the autism diagnosic evaluations.
