This is an annual project, beginning in August with a targeted completion date of mid-April. Upon completion of the build and donation, a review board consisting of project managers and school administration will meet to assess and evaluate the success of the program and recommend any specific changes that need to be made. This will be the primary source of the material for the Project Report (discussed below). An anticipated timeline can be seen below:
