Using Schoology on a Laptop or Chromebook
First, please look for the Schoology icon in My Apps. If you do not have this icon, please access Schoology by going to www.schoology.com. If you are having difficulty logging into Schoology, please follow the directions here to clear your cache.

To access the Schoology app for your iPhone, iPad or iPod, please click here. When using the app version, users have periodically received error messages. If you experience this, please wait a short period of time and then try accessing the app again.
Common Schoology Problems & Solutions
Student cannot login to Schoology
Check if the student is logged into their Chromebook with their school account
Ensure that the student is using the My Apps portal to login to Schoology
Clear the cache and browsing history on the browser
If you are still unable to login, please contact the SCRIC Service Desk for support 766-3800
A feature keeps 'spinning' in Schoology
Clear the cache on the device
The issue may be with your local internet provider
The issue may be with the Schoology platform, and not an issue with your account
Student is denied access to teacher's Google assignment in Schoology
Student is logged into a different Google account within Schoology
SOLUTION: Click the options button, then account settings, and sign in with the student's school account
Student cannot see a course in the list
Click the courses button at the top, then see all courses
If the course the student needs is still not showing for the student, please contact the SCRIC Service Desk for support
Student or Teacher has no courses in Schoology
Please contact the SCRIC Service Desk 766-3800
Links won't open up in Schoology
Schoology tries to embed links with the application. If the link will not open when clicking it, double click the link or use the pop-out button next to the link to open the linked site in a new browser window.
