The Legislative Reference Division (LRefD) is one of the three divisions of Legislative Technical Affairs and Information Service (LTAIS) and is the primary responsible for all activities relating to the library and archival services. Thus, it serves as both the library and archives of the Bangsamoro Parliament. 

This is in accordance with the following provisions of the BTA Parliament:

• Approved Resolution No. 96, Provision (Organizational Structure of the Bangsamoro Parliament)

• Approved Resolution No. 268, Rule XXVI (Records of the Parliament)

We select, acquire, compile, and organize reference materials relevant to legislation to strengthen information and reference services in the Bangsamoro Parliament. We also organize, preserve, maintain, secure, and make available for reference and research the legislative and historical records of the Bangsamoro Parliament.
