The following collections are the subsisting archival records of the defunct Regional Legislative Assembly (RLA) during the ARMM period, ranging from  1990-2019. RLA was the devolved unicameral regional legislature of the ARMM government, it is a unicameral Assembly headed by a Speaker and is composed of three members for every congressional district. It was known as the "Little Congress" of the ARMM.
