Team conditioning runs are OPTIONAL and are led by upperclassmen. An adult will be present for all conditioning runs.
All athletes are strongly encouraged to run over the summer to prepare for the season. Warm-ups will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Team runs are a great way to get to know your teammates before the season begins!

Bellbrook High School offers open lifting sessions during the summer.
Building strength ahead of the season will help make you a stronger, more durable runner!
Open lifting session are Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Girls: 9:30 - 10:30 am Boys: 10:30 - 11:30 am
Youth Camp is July 28-31 from 9:00 to 11:00 am with the camp race taking place July 31 at 6:30 pm. All high school athletes are expected to attend. If you cannot attend, you need to communicate with your coach. Our youth camp is a fundraiser for the team and helps foster a love of running in the next generation of runners. Athletes who assist with camp for all four days will receive a camp t-shirt.
Our team camping trip will take place August 1- 3. Team camp is a great opportunity for bonding and getting excited for the upcoming season. The cost for camp is $30 to cover food and site fees. We will hold a meeting later this summer with more details.
