At our first official meet of the season, Bellbrook girls placed 2nd and boys placed 4th.
Both boys and girls teams clinched 1st place at our home meet.
Our boys and girls varsity teams traveled to Tiffin. Bellbrook boys placed 16th out of 84 teams. Bellbrook girls placed 9th out of 70 teams with sophomore Allison High setting a new school record.
Our JV teams returned to their home course. Both boys and girls placed third overall.
Bellbrook boys and girls traveled to Troy for their first night meet of the season. Our runners were split among three races per team.
Both teams again participated in several races during the Fairmont Firebird Invitational at Indian Riffle Park, all of them conquering the legendary hill on the course.
Bellbrook athletes learned to adapt and adjust their plans on a very wet and muddy Centerville course. Conditions weren't optimal for fast times, but runners made memories that will last a lifetime.
Bellbrook Girls placed 1st and Bellbrook Boys placed 3rd with many runners achieving season's best times or lifetime personal records.
Bellbrook girls and boys both placed first for the Southwest division at Eaton for our SWBL championship. This is the second time in school history both teams have come out on top. Sophomore Allison High led the girls, coming in at 18:45.9, while senior Andrew Bruckart crossed the line as the first Southwest division runner in 16:21.5.
Young's is always a much anticiapted race for Bellbrook boys and girls JV runners- a last chance to cap off the season with a PR or varsity letter.
Bellbrook boys placed 8th at Districts, just off the podium for a chance at Regionals. Junior Caden Fromm was an individual qualifier in 19th place with a time of 16:23.9. Senior Andrew Bruckart qualified in 24th place with a time of 16:28.8.
Bellbrook girls qualified as a team for Regionals, landing in 6th place. Sophomore Allison High was district champion, crossing the line in 18:55.0. Sophomores Morgan Dalton and Olive Varvel also earned individual qualifying times as well.
Bellbrook girls placed 11th at Regionals, ahead of their projected team finish. Allison High finished in 13th, securing a spot at the state meet. Andrew Bruckart and Caden Fromm ran strong individual races as well.
Sophomore Allison High capped off her sophomore season at state, coming in 35th and breaking her own school record in 18:36.37.
