We do require the registration paperwork (CFA registration form for football, physical form, photo release form, proof of school district and birth certificate) to be turned in to your parent rep by the first night of practice on 7/28.

BSMFC Physical Form

Please print the BSMFC Athletic Record form and turn in once completed by your physician to your parent rep by the first night of practice 7/28. A new physical is required every year for athletes by the CFA.

Please print the CFA Registration form and turn in once completed to your parent rep by the first night of practice 7/28. This form is NOT required for cheerleaders.

New this year--the CFA requires proof of school district for football players. Please see the above example of what will be accepted. This is required to be turned into your parent rep by the first practice on July 28.

Use the Google form to indicate that you have read the BSMFC handbook, specifically the Code of Conduct, Fundraising commitment, concession stand commitment, bullying policy and concussion information.

Parent's Night will be held Sunday October 5 at our home game as we take on the Gettysburg Warriors. We will celebrate our players, cheerleaders, and their families as we take on the Gettysburg Warriors! Parents and their athletes will line up at the end zone opposite the scoreboard about 15 minutes prior to the start of their game. An announcement will be made to indicate when it’s time to line up. The football players will line up first, in order of their jersey numbers, followed by the cheerleaders in alphabetical order by their last names. Each player and cheerleader will then be individually announced and recognized with their parents by their side.

At halftime, our cheerleaders will showcase their hard work with a special routine. It's a wonderful opportunity to honor the athletes and families.
