Our coaches volunteer their time to teach athletes the fundamentals of football or cheerleading. They are responsible for all players on the field or track. The Head Coach and their staff will determine playing time, positions, and play selection, while the Cheerleading Director and their staff will assign positions and squad placements for the cheerleaders.
Please refrain from coaching your child from the sidelines, as it can be disruptive and unfair to the team. Parents are not permitted to communicate with their child during the game or at halftime unless a coach requests it.
All BSMFC head football coaches are Heads Up certified and adhere to the principles of that certification. Coaches are required to undergo criminal background checks, child abuse clearances, and FBI screenings. Additionally, coaches and board members are legally obligated to report any suspected child abuse to the appropriate authorities.
