GENERAL INFORMATION

Teams should plan to arrive on Thursday 6th February. 

After the conclusion of the tournament, departure from BSJ will be at approximately 2.30pm on Sunday 9th February 2025. 

Flights should be booked to leave no earlier than 4.30 pm

The competition will be held Friday 7th & Saturday 8th February 2025. There will be an optional podium training session Thursday 9th February 2024.

Registration will close on 20th January 2025.

The tournaments will be held in the BSJ Sports Centre.

Lunch will be provided for all teams for Friday 7th and Saturday 8th February 2025. 

Seating will be at the Secondary canteen by the Sodexo from 11:00am – 1:00pm. 

Food and drink are available to buy from outside vendor for participants and spectator.

Packed lunches will be available for collection after the final presentations on Sunday 9th February 2024.

There will be a coach hospitality room available to all coaches for the duration of the tournament. 

Light snacks and refreshments will be available along with internet access.

There will be a nurse on call court side and at the medical room based within the sports centre.

Should we need to take an athlete for hospital treatment, we will use the RS Pondok Indah Bintaro Hospital and RS Premier Bintaro as it is close by.

Staff are requested to ensure that they can provide all necessary contact details and documents for insurance purposes and have the funds to cover expenses incurred.
