Meet Mr. Battaile
Hey there folks! I am your Social Studies teacher this year and we are learning about U.S. History. I am excited to work with all of you and see how the new course goes. Away from school I like to adventure outside mountain biking, whitewater kayaking and back country skiing. And I like to cook.

Meet Ms. Ferro
Alissa Ferro is in her third year of teaching at Edmunds Middle School. Before coming to EMS, she taught for seventeen years in the Boston Public Schools. She worked in all three middle grades in Boston, and spent the majority of them teaching seventh and/ or eighth grade ELA. She is also a licensed special education and multilingual learner teacher, and taught special education in Boston for a number of years, too. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, watching sports (go Celtics!), and being outdoors as much as possible. In fact, Mr. Battaile is teaching Ms. Ferro to ski tour!
