Tara Brach's Website - Tara offers tons of free (well, donations appreciated) meditations and talks. Tara has soothing voice, utilizes relaxation and refocusing prompts, and often adds poetry to the beginning and end of meditations.
Books:
The Way of Mindful Education: Cultivating Well-Being in Teachers and Students by Rechtschaffen - Explains how (and why) to develop classrooms and schools that cultivate Mindfulness. South Burlington School District is referenced in the book.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - Describes the epidemic caused by people identifying with the egoic mind.

Focus 5 - Download simple, short breathing exercises to help students calm their minds and better focus. Also includes student-friendly introduction video.
