Coaching Staff
Head Coach - Devin Dynan
Coach Dynan is a Montana native and a three-sport athlete in high school. She earned several All-State honors in both volleyball and basketball and attended Montana Tech on an athletic scholarship. Sports have always been a major part of her life, and you can usually find her in a gym playing, coaching, or cheering for the many athletes in her life. Outside of sports, she is a small business owner and enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of everything Montana life has to offer.
"Sports have been such a valuable part of my life, and I truly believe competitive sports help create strong, confident young women. I am so excited to pass on the knowledge I have while continuing to learn and grow from our student athletes and this fantastic coaching staff. GO HAWKS!"

Coach Tilda was born and raised in Manhattan, Montana, and has played volleyball since kindergarten. She earned All-State honors in High School and played as a libero at Miles City Community College. While at MCC, she was voted team captain and learned valuable leadership and teamwork skills. After graduating with an Associate of Arts degree from MCC, she transferred to Montana State University, where she is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Physical and Health Education with a minor in Coaching.
"I am so excited to be part of the Hawks’ coaching staff where I can share my skills and knowledge, but more importantly, make an impact on young volleyball players. Sophomore - Dinah Sime
Coach Sime is originally from Minnetonka, MN, where she played both volleyball and softball in high school. After earning her associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from National American University, she discovered her true passion for coaching. With over 14 years of experience, Coach Sime has worked with high school and club teams all over the Gallatin Valley, earning a great reputation for helping athletes grow.
Volleyball has always been a big part of her life, and she loves how the sport helps players develop their skills while bringing people together. What she enjoys most about coaching is focusing on the fundamentals and creating a tight-knit, supportive environment where athletes can thrive.
Outside of coaching, Coach Sime works at Jeff Weedin State Farm and still finds time to balance work, volleyball, and her family. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her chasing after her kids and spending time with friends and family.
“I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the Bozeman Hawk Volleyball Program. Having the opportunity to be a part of this community and share in the development of these athletes is truly a dream. I can’t wait to get in the gym and share my knowledge & experience with the next generation of Hawk athletes, while also learning from & working with some of the best coaches in the valley. GO HAWKS!”
