About Me :)

My name is Evelyn Martinez. I am studying at Southridge High School in the class of 2023 and I want to be an engineer. I love to keep busy through my two jobs, engineering internship, volunteering, and hanging out with my friends. I also participate in many extra circulars such as the engineering club (I am the leader), managing the SRHS Varsity baseball team, playing on  the SRHS Varsity soccer team, and on my club soccer team. After high school, I'm plannig on going to a 4-year university to study engineering or architecture. 

I have loved nature, sustainability, and design since I was a little kid. I always try to work hard,  push myself, and be organized. I enjoy learning about design and how to solve problems which has led me to my IB Career Pathway Choice: Engineering and Design.
