About Me
My name is Elli Higginbotham and I have been interested in the medical field for about 4 years now. My interest started when my older cousin graduated college from the University of Portland with a BSN. After seeing the passion that she had for medicine and the fun she was having in her new career, I began to learn more about the medical field as well as generating my own interest for a future career.
I am currently in the Sports Medicine Pathway at Southridge, and I am loving the opportunities that I have in this pathway. I believe that by choosing to become a candidate for the IB CP diploma, I have become a more well-rounded learner, as well as establishing some basic skills and knowledge that I will need to have a future in the medical field.
My Future Plans
I plan on going to college to pursue nursing. I will then after graduation, use my education to treat patients worldwide as a traveling BSN. I would like to specialize in Sports Medicine as well.
