Notice: A $10/day late fee will be applied for the transportation survey, camper update form, background checks, and medical release. All late fees are tax-deductible as a donation to Brylan’s Feat. We truly appreciate your help meeting deadlines—it keeps camp running smoothly and stress-free for everyone (and helps us avoid the late-fee goggles 😎).
Please add camp@brylansfeat.org to your contacts so you don't miss important camp communication from us. After initial registration we have important information to share and gather from you as camp dates approach.
-Transportation Survey: Due February 1st. This is the first and most important task, as it allows us to get an accurate headcount for booking airport transportation. Flights must not be booked until shuttle transportation has been confirmed for the entire group. Please complete this survey as soon as possible.
-Deferred payment page: Due March 1st. This is only for families who selected deferred payment during registration. Please follow the link, locate your name, and complete payment for your invoice.
-Medical Release form: Due May 1st. This form often requires a clinic visit. CLTs can not fill this form out. The medical release is required to attned camp. This form verifies your child's physcian/medical provider clears them for travel and attendance at camp.
-Safety training video and quiz: Due April 1st. This training is required by the facility. *At this time we are updating the video, we will post it within 30 days of the due date.

-Food accommodations survey: Due April 1st. Required for any person attending camp with a medically significant allergy or dietary restriction. Preferences cannot be accommodated. Each meal with a special diet incurs a $15 surcharge to the foundation. This applies to food allergies and medically necessary accommodations only.
-Background check: Due April 1st. All adults will receive an email with information to submit background check.
-Camper update form: Opens April 1st. Closes May 22nd. This is a very important step. The information provided in this update is shared with the CLT paired with your familyto help them prepare for camp. It also helps our team plan for any additional supplies needed based on the most up-to-date information.
-Virtual orientation for all sessions and volunteers: May 3rd Times to be determined. A session-specific link will be emailed. Please save the date and plan to be available between 2:00–5:30 PM CST.
