All students are eligible to attend their grade-level field trips unless they meet any of the following criteria:
They have received more than one day of out-of-school suspension,
They have received more than three days of in-school suspension, or
They are listed on the obligations list.
The obligations list includes students who have outstanding responsibilities such as unpaid fees, damaged or missing school property (including Chromebooks), or other unresolved school-related issues.
For students who are ineligible to participate in a field trip due to suspension, a written appeal may be submitted by the student’s guardian to the principal for review. Please note that an appeal does not guarantee the student will be permitted to attend the trip. The principal will review each appeal and make a final determination.
