Students will engage in multiple hands-on learning experiences of coastal erosion at one of our local barrier islands. These activities align with the 6th grade STEAM curriculum. Students will conduct research and collect data for a problem based learning (PBL) STEAM project while on the island.

Join us on this exciting day trip to Kennedy Space Center in Florida! Students will get a chance to explore many
of the must-see attractions here. We will spend the day exploring out-of-the-world exhibits where students will learn
about space pioneers, NASA’s past and future missions, space shuttle Atlantis, and much more!
