BRVGS Online Course Scheduling Process

In order to enroll in a BRVGS online course, students must follow specific steps.  Please see the important dates below to learn how and when those courses must be scheduled:

January: BRVGS officials will visit 10th grade classes to discuss scheduling with current BRVGS 10th graders with detailed information about the scheduling process and about available courses.  

Mid January: BRVGS will send a "BRVGS Course Request Form" to students via their BRVGS email.  Students will be accepted into courses based on graduation needs and then in random order. For courses that have more students interested than slots available, students will be waitlisted.

Early February: Students and local counselors will be notified of their scheduled BRVGS courses.

May: Students (and parents) in FALL college courses will be contacted via email regarding the college enrollment process for those courses. 

November: Students (and parents) in SPRING college courses will be contacted via email regarding the college enrollment process for those courses. 

It is important to note scheduling for BRVGS online courses is a separate process from local high school scheduling.   BRVGS students must follow the BRVGS course registration process to be enrolled in a BRVGS course.
