If calcium nitrate is added to wild-type experiment plants and not to wild-type control plants, then the wild-type control plants will have greener leaves and will have a higher bolt height compared to the wild-type experimental plants.
If calcium nitrate is added to wild-type and mutated Arabidopsis plants lacking the AAP6 gene, then the calcium nitrate will not be able to enter the leaves of the mutated plant because the amino acids doorway has been removed, and the plant will have browner coloring and shorter bolt height.
If calcium nitrate is added to an Arabidopsis plant lacking the AAP6 gene and not to a normal wild-type plant, then the mutant plant will live a shorter life and have shorter bolts than the wild-type plant due to the lack of the AAP6 gene.
