The inca empire is a South American empire dated back to the middle ages and the renaissance. Centered in Peru, the Incan Empire is one of the most powerful and influential civilizations in human history.
The Inca Empire was located on the western side of South America, stretching from northern Ecuador to central Chile. Its capital of Cusco was located in modern day Peru. It is on the Pacific Coast. Since Inca is on the coast there are some benefits of it. Some benefits are marine resources like fish and water, also a stable trade network and the ability to inherit desert land for farming. This helped with a steady supply of food and resources

The Inca Empire lasted from approximately c. 1100 to 1533. The Inca fell due to the Spanish Conquistadors and the efforts of indigenous peoples. Combined, these groups were too much for the Incan Empire, and so it fell.
Inventions by the Incan Empire include quipu, brain surgery, road systems, a messenger system, suspension bridges, terrace farming, freeze drying, designed drainage systems, and developed the calendar.
