Coaching courses

Basketball Australia sets the accreditation standards for coaches in Australia, and they recommend all coaches obtain the Community level of accreditation. Consequently, Magic wants all of its coaches to hold this qualification.

The Community level course has an online component and an in-person component. Magic recommends coaches complete the online section before their first training. There may be a small fee and the club will reimburse you (email treasurer@brunswickmagic.com with your bank details).CBA usually runs a Community in-person course once per season..
