Client centric and focused on law, the way it should be.
John started his firm after practicing for several years in Charlotte and Wilmington for well-established law firms. Despite enjoying the challenge and intellectual rigor of litigating, John discovered that, too often, the typical law firm environment interferes with an attorney's ability to deliver the best possible result for the client. Thus, John’s goal for his firm is that the “business” of law never distracts from the “practice” of law and, more importantly, the best result for the client.
John’s philosophy on practicing law is very simple: each client deserves the best representation possible. Many attorneys focus on quantity over quality. By doing so, they often fail to maximize the value provided to each client. Thus, John carefully selects the cases he handles and manages his caseload so each matter receives the care and attention it deserves.
While John is more than comfortable litigating cases when necessary, John understands lengthy court proceedings do not always serve his client’s best interests. John always considers personal and business needs and strives to resolve matters without court involvement wherever possible. John understands no two cases are the same, and he seeks to tailor his approach to the facts and needs of each matter.
